Our key competence areas are skill development training in ITeS sector like Call Center (BPO), Auto Cad and other service sectors linked to placements with a track record of above 80% placement in last three years. Our objective is to provide market driven training by sourcing quality people, training them in the area of their interest and link the trained youth to employment opportunities in ITeS & Service Sectors while establishing ourselves as a well respected and recognized organization throughout the region and state. Skylark has a MOU with the Employment Generation & Marketing Mission (EGMM), Rural Development Department, Govt. of AP since 2007-08 for training and placing youth. - Upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance

Gazula Govind - M.D – Managing Director, holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Sydney, has a total of 8+ years experience in setting up business & running them successfully through his effective leadership qualities. Besides being a good Entrepreneur, he also possesses very good business skills which he has developed through his association with different business people.
Krishna Reddy - CEO - Chief Executive Officer, with a Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering has a 10+ years of experience in both Software Development & Marketing. He has worked with the major Software companies like Intellisoft & Gallerie India in India for a period of 2.5 years. In Marketing Industry he has lead different teams in different senior levels for companies like Orange Mobiles & Sales Group, Australia in Australia for a period of 5 years.
Binoy Matmari - Head-Training Research and development holds masters degree in business administration, has a total of 7 years of experience in delivery of training projects. He has worked with major companies like HSBC,Mahindra Satyam etc in India and Australia. He has executed several skill development & livelihood programs by compiling, customizing and delivery of training in BPO/ITeS and Retail domains.
Bhavana Ashar - Deputy Head-Training research and Development holds masters in English Literature and masters in International Air transport Association with 23 years of experience in delivery, content development in training projects. She has edited and compiled several books related to skill development training.
Shaik Imran, Placement Specialist holds a masters degree in Business administration with 5 years of experience in Recruitment. He has been instrumental in establishing placement partnerships with several firms and has facilitated employment opportunities for many unemployed youth.
