Part A : Youth Procurement
  • Mobilization

    JRP’s are the authorities of DRDA, who motivate the students by contacting them Personally going door to door. They motivate them by finding out their details or their personal information about education and qualification. Then they give introduction about DRDA and the full procedure about DRDA i.e., about the screening test and what course they have to choose depending up on their qualification placements, accommodation, and duration of course. Finally, they inform the students that they have to contact the DRDA office in their district.

  • Jobmela

    Either JDM of DRDA / Skylark Marketing Team or DRDA authorities / Skylark Marketing Team conduct Job mela in their Districts. Students attend the job mela and enroll their names there.

  • Candidate Selection

    The district Coordinator Shortlists the Students depending on their qualifications.

  • Reporting at Training Center

    For the selected students the DRDA Authorities give a admission call letter to attend the course at the training center.

  • Admission Process

    Students come to the training center and show the admission call letter, they fill their profile in the application and enroll for the course.

  • Induction Class

    The training center conducts a Demo, & Explains the terms and conditions for training by HR.

Part B : Training & Placement TOP


  • Class Room Training

    The center provides highly experienced trainers for Call Center & AutoCAD courses. Separate class rooms are available for each of these courses

  • Computer Lab Practice

    Center provides lab facility for students of Call Center & AutoCAD.

  • District Authorities Inception

    The DRDA Officials (JDM or APM) visit the center for verification or inception. They interact with the students and get updates about the training that is imparted, the accommodation.

  • Evaluation

    The Center evaluates the progress of the candidates on a weekly basis.

  • Events

    Educational films, motivational speeches, talent shows are conducted and students showing good progress are rewarded.

  • Conducting Interviews

    Fifteen days before the completion of the course, interviews are conducted in the training center by various Placement Partners

  • Candidate Selection

    The companies short list the candidates and send the list of selected candidates to the HR of the training center by Email .

  • Appointment

    The candidates selected are informed by the HR and join the respective companies.

  • Filling of Placement

    The candidates after joining the company, Submit their offer letters and fill the placement form.

  • Working Youth

     

Part C : Post Placement & Monitering TOP


A unit specific to post placement tracking is designated to check for employment sustainability of the candidates who have procured employment. The unit is named as Post Placement Tracking Team (PPTT)

Once a candidate is placed in a new position most job placement support services stop.

To help ensure a successful placement our Post Placement Tracking Team (PPTT) will help the employee to sustain employment by the following measures:

  • Organizing any required special training for the candidate.

  • Keeping in touch with the employer, to monitor how the candidate is adapting to their new role.

  • Keeping in touch with the candidate to counsel them individually through any difficulties they are facing in the role.

  • Evaluation of the performance will be done thrice a week & the required follow up activity will be taken up.

  • Periodic reviews are conducted during the following time frames

    • Fortnight Survey - After completion of Fifteen(15) days

    • 3rd Month Survey - After completion of ninety (90) days

    • 6th Month Survey - After completion of one hundred & eighty (180) days

    • 9th Month Survey - After completion of two hundred & seventy (270) days

    • 12th Month Survey - After completion of three hundred & sixty (360) days

The review survey is conducted weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annually.

The Post Placement Tracking Team (PPTT) shall be constantly monitoring the sustainment of employment of the candidate until he/she has successfully completed 12 months continuous employment and has a good understanding of their role & has adapted to the new environment.

The strategy also includes:

  1. Creating a data bank on the format developed by the skylark

  2. Liking the youth to training courses tailored to their qualifications/aspirations

  3. Adopting existing best practices of industry which includes trainings cum placement in the emerging growth sectors of the economy

  4. Setting up training centers for the various Jobs models

  5. Creating a sensitive support mechanism through counseling
